Cath, as Deputy Festival Director, oversees the content for the UK Festival of Education, working throughout the year to ensure a broad range of high-quality sessions delivered by experts at the forefront of their fields. 

She has worked in a variety of roles related to schools and FE over the past decade, including as Commissioning Editor for the renowned news platforms Schools Week and FE Week. 

In addition to her role at the Festival, Cath is Head of Public Affairs for the teacher development charity Ambition Institute.
