They will work closely with speakers, partners and organisations across the UK and internationally, building on the strong foundations already in place and supporting the continued growth of our conferences, festivals, summits and bespoke training.

Karen Plowman brings extensive experience in designing and delivering professional development that leads to meaningful and sustained change.
