With a background in broadcasting and production, including creating awarding winning and nominated documentaries and factual entertainment programmes for leading channels globally, Frances seamlessly transitioned into event management, combining creativity with meticulous planning.

In her current role, Frances oversees a diverse portfolio of projects, both online and in-person, including the renowned ATC and the Festival of Education events in the UK and internationally. Her responsibilities span from sourcing venues and speakers, producing event apps to digital and social media marketing, ensuring each event achieves maximum impact and engagement. Known for her strategic acumen, Frances excels in developing comprehensive event strategies, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and navigating complex logistical challenges with finesse.

Beyond her organisational ability, Frances is admired for her ability to forge strong stakeholder relationships and negotiate contracts, all while meticulously managing budgets and delivering exceptional outcomes.
