Scott, as Managing Director of EducationScape, plays a key role in contributing to the organisation’s strategic growth, operations, and the development of its flagship events and initiatives. He is dedicated to building and strengthening partnerships, expanding EducationScape’s international reach, and driving the success of new ventures such as SaferSpace and EduScape. 

Committed to supporting and strengthening the education sector—from leaders to teachers—Scott leads the delivery of high-quality professional development, training, and sector-leading events through EducationScape Training and Events. Additionally, he oversees Education Week Jobs, a dedicated platform connecting education professionals with new career opportunities. 

Before joining EducationScape, Scott was Acting Chief Executive of Skills and Education Group, where he led on awarding, membership growth, and international development. His leadership helped expand the organisation’s influence within the education and skills sector, fostering innovation and collaboration. 

With over a decade of experience in education, Scott has worked across both the UK and international sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked on Jamie Oliver’s inaugural Food Revolution Day, leading the youth engagement strategy for the global campaign. He has also worked with the Commonwealth Secretariat and the British Council, focusing on international education and youth empowerment. 

Outside of work, Scott enjoys travelling, great food, and spending quality time with family and friends.
