As Operations and Finance Director at EducationScape, Victoria plays a pivotal role in the company’s financial and operational strategy. A Chartered Accountant, she leads and develops the office team, ensuring the organisation runs efficiently while driving innovation in finance, processes, and strategic initiatives. 

Victoria joined EducationScape over a decade ago and has since risen to senior leadership, becoming a driving force behind the company’s operational success. Beginning her career as an MIS apprentice, she developed a strong foundation in data and organisational management before transitioning into finance and leadership. She has been instrumental in overhauling financial processes, implementing cutting-edge systems, and streamlining operations to support EducationScape’s rapid growth – strengthening financial resilience and significantly enhancing operational efficiency. 

Beyond finance and operations, Victoria plays a key role in delivering EducationScape’s flagship events. As Speaker Manager for the UK and international Festivals of Education, as well as the Apprenticeships and Training Conference, she has transformed speaker engagement and programme coordination, ensuring seamless execution and world-class content for thousands of attendees.
