Maureen Deary | Maureen is a nationally recognised specialist apprenticeship adviser, with extensive experience as an inspector in apprenticeship inspections, adult learning and 16-19 provision. She works on the DfE/ETF Apprenticeship Workforce Development Programme (ETF), is a matrix assessor and practitioner and helps providers in the HEI and FES sectors to develop good practice in governance, senior leadership, quality and curriculum, in order to meet the EIF inspection handbook and ESFA compliance and APAR approval requirements.Maureen inspects and provides coaching, consultancy and training support nationally, in governance, leadership, management, quality and curriculum supporting the full range of FE and Skills provider types, including GFE and independent training providers. Specialist colleges 11-18/16-19 and adult Academies and state and private schools. She also works with a wide range of universities and HEI organisations, NHS Trust partnerships and within a very broad range of sector areas sectors, including helping prime and partner contracting organisation in the above types.
