Led by PR expert Ben Verinder, the training blends expert instruction with dynamic and interactive learning methods. Participants will explore sector specific communication challenges, learning how to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential crises before they escalate. Ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in crisis communication will be covered, demonstrating how AI tools can support message drafting, media monitoring, and sentiment analysis.

The training will be highly interactive, incorporating real-world case studies, role-playing scenarios, and facilitated discussions. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises that simulate crisis situations, allowing them to test their response strategies and refine their communication approach. Practical sessions will also explore the development of clear, effective messaging for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that organisations can maintain trust and credibility during challenging times.

By attending, education leaders will gain the confidence to manage crises effectively, safeguarding their organisation’s reputation while developing a proactive approach to risk and issues management.
