Tony has worked in Education for 37 years and has had the privilege of being continually inspired by others in all his roles, including as a teacher, manager, Ofsted HMI, and most recently as the Director of the Centre for Creative Quality Improvement.
He cites his main rewards as being the many opportunities to indulge his love for pedagogy and quality. Drawing on his years in the Adult Learning Inspectorate and Ofsted as manager of the Good Practice Database, Tony has written extensively on the FE sector and made a series of powerful documentaries on the work of outstanding teachers and leadership teams.
