Unlocking your potential through strengths

March 6 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Virtual Event Virtual Event
£90.00

In this introductory 90 minute session, you will explore the foundational concepts of Gallup CliftonStrengths and how understanding your strengths can help you lead, build relationships, influence others, and achieve your goals in a way that feels authentic and aligned with who you are. This session serves as the starting point of a compelling series designed to help you fully unlock the potential of your strengths and apply them in meaningful ways.

The power of strengths and engagement

Aligning our work with our CliftonStrengths can transform the way we engage with our roles and colleagues. Gallup’s research shows that individuals who focus on their strengths are more likely to:

  • Anticipate going to work each day with enthusiasm
  • Build stronger, more positive relationships with their colleagues
  • Share with others that they work for an exceptional organisation
  • Consistently achieve more in their daily tasks
  • Experience heightened creativity and innovation.

Key takeaways:

  • Gain an understanding of the core principles behind Gallup CliftonStrengths and how focusing on strengths drives engagement and productivity
  • Learn the basics of strengths-based conversations and how they can set the stage for fostering a strengths-focused culture
  • Explore the initial steps in recognising how strengths contribute to building dynamic and effective teams.

This session is the first step in a transformative journey. Future sessions in the series will provide deeper insights into the Gallup CliftonStrengths framework, helping you uncover your unique talent themes and fully harness their potential for personal and professional growth.
