SUMMARY:Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
DESCRIPTION:This qualification is designed for individuals who assess vocational skills\, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace\, such as a workshop\, classroom\, or other training environment. \nThe qualification is assessed through the submission of a portfolio of evidence\, allowing learners to demonstrate their competence across a range of assessment practices. \nThis course will begin on Thursday 14 May 2025\, 10:00–12:30\, with a 2.5-hour online session. This will be followed by further online classes and tutorial workshops\, along with continuous support and collaboration through our EduScape platform. \nEntry Guidance\nThere are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. It is suitable for individuals who work within the assessing sector and provides an opportunity to demonstrate competence across a wide range of job roles. \nMode of Delivery\nThe qualification content will be delivered online through a flexible and accessible approach in a supportive group environment. \nProgression Opportunities\nLearners who achieve this qualification could progress into employment in the assessing sector or to further learning\, such as: \n• IAO Level 4 Award in Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes\n• IAO Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices \nCourse Duration\nWe expect you to complete this course within 12 months\, although most learners complete it within 6–9 months. \nContact a member of the team to find out more or register your interest in the course here.
