DESCRIPTION:The Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Principles and Practice is aimed at individuals who wish maintain and improve the quality of assessment from within an organisation.  It provides learners with an opportunity to demonstrate their competence in an internal quality assurance role. \nThe aim of the qualification is to enable learners to progress their careers within internal verification and moderation\, providing the knowledge and skills necessary for those who aspire to become moderators or verifiers. Learning outcomes are assessed using methods appropriate to the learner’s performance.\, and must include: \n\nobservation of performance\nexamining products of work\nquestioning\n\n  \nOur delivery team is widely recognised for raising standards in teaching\, assessment and verification across the sector. With extensive experience in leadership\, quality improvement\, and frontline practice\, we support providers to strengthen provision\, improve outcomes\, and embed a culture of excellence. \nThis qualification will begin through online study on Monday 30 November from 09:30-12:30 and be followed by further online delivery\, tutorial workshops\, plus continuous support and collaboration via our EduScape platform.  \n  \nEntry Guidance\nThere are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However\, learners will complete an initial assessment of their personal skills in English\, mathematics and ICT. \nThis qualification is suitable for learners aged 19+. \n  \nMode of Delivery\nThe qualification will be delivered online over 18 weeks. \n  \nProgression Opportunities\nLearners who complete this qualification may go on to further study in related areas such as: \n\nLevel 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice\nLevel 4 Award in Understanding the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice\n\n  \nCourse Duration\nWe expect you to complete this course within 12 months\, although most learners complete it within four to six months. \n  \nContact a member of the team to find out more or reserve your place on the course here.
