Karen Plowman offers over 27 years of extensive experience within the education sector, encompassing teaching, assessing, and delivering training across classrooms, workshops, and workplaces. 

Throughout her career, Karen has provided strategic support and guidance on a wide range of initiatives, including leadership and management, coaching and mentoring, curriculum and service area staff development, and quality improvement and assurance, all with the aim of enhancing the learning experience and leading positive change.

Driven by a passion for empowering and developing both staff and learners, Karen’s focus is on creating opportunities for skill and knowledge development across all educational domains. Now in her role as EducationScape’s Training and Professional Development Co-Director, Karen is dedicated to providing meaningful and impactful training and development that fosters opportunities for collaboration, empowering and supporting educators and leaders to make a positive impact on the communities that they serve.
